About Me
My name is Charlotte Jane Howard and at the time of typing this I’m nearly 11 months old.
My eyes are blue, I weigh 22 pounds and I’m a whopping 84 inches tall. Fatboy Slim is my favorite musician, I never turn down a taste of lager and all elderly people love me (even when I’m not too sure about them).
I was born by emergency cee-za-ree-yun section at Redhill Hospital in Surrey. Mom and I had to stay in a hospital ward two full days after my eviction. At 9lb, 4oz, 22 inches tall, I was too big to come out normally.
My Mom is American and my Dad is English. We currently live in southern England. England is a pretty place and happily far far far away from George Bush.
I have lots of family who love me very very very much and half of them live far away. This blog is kept by me to keep my family up-to-date on my exciting life. My fat sausage fingers are short and typing entries sure does take me a while. Mom helps me with my spelling, but I’m waaaaaaaaaay clever and don’t need much help.
About Mommy
Mommy was born in Mobile, Alabama, USA and lived there until she was 26-years-old. Afterwards she flew to England and began her life as Daddy’s American lady who could suck helium out of balloons at parties and sound exactly like that little creepy lady from Poltergeist.
Mommy is taking a couple of years off full time work to play with me. She takes me to the park and to the food store. We do a lot of walking and she has helped me combat my fear of grass.
She’s a web designer and programmer by profession. She intensely dislikes British winters and she absolutely hates belly buttons. On the other hand, she enjoys photography, finds chavs and pikeys fascinating and she loves my Daddy to death!
Mommy has confided in me I have inspired her to write some silly child-like books for adults at a later time. She’s sooooooo lucky I can keep secrets.
And Daddy too
Daddy was born in Gosport, but he has spent most of his adulthood in Crawley.
He has worked in the IT sector for eons, and is currently an IT Manager in Croydon. He’s verrrrry geeky.
Daddy likes television shows and fashion from the 1970’s, and the musical acts Five Star and Tiffany. Daddy originally wanted Tiffany to be my Mommy but I’m glad she’s not or I would have been GINGER.
He’s an avid reader and a very avid snorer. He’s also incredibly fun to play with!
