My musicial tastes have changed lately and I have been trying to tell Mom about it. I’ve grown out of loving The Ramones; they’ve been replaced by Fatboy Slim. Mom’s been playing his Better Living Through Chemistry album, and it works me into a frenzy every time.
The thought of Mom and I flying over to the US has worked my great-grandfather into a frenzy. He’s going to drive two whole hours to Granny’s house to visit us. (Well, he’s waaaaaaay more excited about seeing me, but don’t tell my Mom that!)
My great-grandfather “Pop” likes twangy country music. He’s a huge fan of Tammy Wynette and George Bernard Shaw. Maybe, with enough love, care and understanding, we can have Pop jamming to Fatboy Slim during his drive home.
I have wanted to tell you more about the person who hurt you, but Mom told me explaining the full scope of your personal tragedy to you is useless. Just know this person will never be able to have another family to hurt.
Your maternal and paternal grandparents and great-grandparents miss you terribly. They will never forget your chubby little legs, your sweet laugh and your beaming smile. Let’s hope they’ll be able to eventually meet peacefully and comfort each other.

Just wanted to let you know the person who may be responsible for your death has been arrested in England.

The suspect is being held by Scotland Yard and will face an extradition hearing on Friday. The state of Massachusetts wants to charge him with double murder.

Today is a typically cold, overcast, English winter day. We do experience a couple of sunny winter days here and there, but they do not make up for the encompassing grey misery us Brits seem to see most of the time.
My back muscles are starting to get reeeeaally strong and now I’m able to hold myself up fairly well in a sitting position. Controlling side to side movements is much more difficult than front and back positions for some reason. I imagine you have been sitting up for some time now, so if you could pass any pointers my way, I’d be very grateful.
The police are still doing everything they can to find out why that evil person harmed you and your Mom. The investigation is tricky, since the main person the police want to talk to fled 4,000 miles across the Atlantic and is being seriously uncooperative.
Please know the English police are also tracking this suspect, and the English people are not defending him in droves either. One measley family friend has said something positive about the suspect, which leaves everyone to believe the rest of England is disgusted with this man.
I’m sorry we don’t have more information, but Mom and I will give you an update when we hear something different.

Unfortunately, you and I didn’t get an opportunity to know each other. We’re both similiar, we each have an American Mom and English Daddy. We’re both girl babies. Well, I guess that’s where the similarities end.
Me and Mom have been pretty busy this week and away from the computer much of the time. While driving around running errands we had several heavy conversations about you and your mother, and we are both profoundly sad you two are no longer with us. The two of you look so sweet together.
When my Daddy gets up in the morning, he greets me first thing. I give him the biggest smile possible, not only because I love him but my single morning smile makes his entire day go more smoothly. I’m sure you smiled your little heart out when your own Daddy cuddled you.
My family is going to keep tabs on your dilemma and report back to you from time to time. I wish I could offer you one of my toys to chew on, or our Moms could take us to the park to play.
Most importantly, I really hope you and your Mom’s killer is caught and (s)he is made to pay severely for hurting both of you.
